SER MAMA / BEING A MOM

Convertirme en mamá es lo más increíble que me ha pasado, pero también el reto más grande al que me he enfrentado. Es una experiencia llena de emociones, que me ha llevado a sentir el amor más grande y puro, así como me ha enfrentado a la mayor frustación. Ser mamá es vivir día a día con la vida de las personitas más perfectas y hermosas en tus manos, dar lo mejor de ti por aproximadamente 24 horas al día, 365 días del año, cuestionarte si lo estás haciendo bien o si pudiste haberlo hecho mejor. Disfrutar del día a día de sonrisas, juegos, besitos y de un sin fin de apapachos, tratando de mantener bajo control el resto de cuidados que necesitan tus pequeños. Ser mamá no siempre es fácil, pero ver esas sonrisas y pequeñas miradas que sabes que son sólo para ti, lo hacen la mejor experiencia del mundo.

Y sí, probablemente tener tres pequeños, triplicará el trabajo y reducirá aún más mi sueño, y algunas veces extrañaré los días en los que tenía mucho tiempo para mí, o podía hacer muchas cosas más, pero definitivamente no lo cambio por nada, y agradezco enormemente ser su mamá!!!

Becoming a mom is the most amazing thing has happened to me but also the biggest challenge I've ever faced. It is an experience full of emotions, that has led me to feel the greatest and pure love as well as confront the biggest frustration. Being a mom is to live everyday with the life of these perfect and beautiful little people in your hands, giving the best of you for about 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, questioning yourself whether you are doing ok or if you could have done better. Enjoying the day to day smiles, games, kisses and endless affection, trying to keep under control the rest of your babies needs. Being a mother is not always easy, but seeing those smiles and tiny looks that you know for sure are just for you, make it the best experience in the world.

And yes, having three little ones will surely triple the work and further reduce my sleep, and sometimes I will probably miss the days when I had much more time for myself, or I could do many other things, but I definitely wouldn't change it for anything, and I am very grateful to be their mom!!!
